The following Privacy Policy establishes the terms in which we will process personal data at TRANSILIOT; this includes any personal data collected through our website https://transiliot.com/ as well as any other data we process in the exercising of our business activity.
TRANSILIOT; collects the following personal data for the purposes indicated below:
a) In the event that you contact us via electronic mail, the personal data collected therein will be exclusively used to manage your request.
b) The data collected in our offices will be exclusively used for the provision of the service.
c) Data of candidates: should you have a job interview in our offices or send us your CV through other channels, your data will be used to cover any job vacancies in our company. Should you be employed by our company, your personal data will be used exclusively to manage the employment relationship with TRANSILIOT.
For how long do we keep your data?
The time we will keep your data is indicated below in line with current regulations, and will depend on the type of use for which it is collected:
Data on possible clients who, having interacted with “TRANSILIOT (requesting information, for example), do not ultimately purchase a product or contract a service will be automatically deleted one year after the contact is made
Customer data will be processed for the duration of the commercial relationship and, once concluded, for the time necessary to respond to any legal responsibilities, especially all those related to consumer goods warranties.
